OUR MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT
Modern Slavery Statement for the Financial Year 2023-2024
This statement is made on behalf of Jacob Bailey Group Limited pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”). In this statement, “Jacob Bailey Group” or “Group” should be taken to mean Jacob Bailey Group Limited and its subsidiaries including (but not limited to) Jacob Bailey Limited, 032 Design Limited and Decipher Limited.
This statement constitutes the Jacob Bailey Group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ended 31st March 2023.
The Jacob Bailey Group is an independent and award-winning creative Business Services agency, employing approximately 50 people and with offices in the United Kingdom and the United States. We’re all about connecting relevance through Data, Technology and Creativity, improving our clients’ positioning and profits, while also creating Brilliant Experiences. The Group’s key commercial partners are specialist print and technology providers.
Although the Group considers the inherent risk of encountering modern slavery or human trafficking within its business, supply chain and partnerships to be very low, it is nonetheless an issue that the Group takes seriously and takes measures to support and reinforce the Group’s commitment to ensuring that no slavery or human trafficking is present in our supply chain or own business.
We ask new and existing suppliers, through a Supplier’s questionnaire, if they comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are not aware of any slavery of human trafficking being present in any part of our supply chain.
The Jacob Bailey Group conducts face-to-face training for all office based employees to emphasise the importance of its ethical conduct and our values. Guidance on the Modern Slavery Act is incorporated through communication, within the Induction process for new employees and in future training.
